What Happens if an Item Fails Authentication?

If an item does not pass our authentication process, it will not be listed or sold. For consigned goods, we will notify the consignor immediately and return the item. We do not compromise—if we’re not 100% sure, we don’t sell it.

Customer Confidence

If you ever have concerns about the authenticity of an item purchased from us, contact us immediately. We will re-review the product and provide full transparency into our findings. If any item is found to be inauthentic (which has never happened in our store), we offer a full refund and removal from our inventory.
